Art Museum

My favorite place in Mito is Mito Art Museum. It is near a hotel. It is visited by many people, especially on weekends. We can see many works of art. “Criterium” is famous. It is a series of exhibitions by young artists. I often go there with my family. If you have a chance, you should go !

Ibaraki Prefectural Library

My favorite place in Mito is Ibaraki Prefectural Library. It is kind of near Koudoukan. It is visited by many people. There are lots of books. The café serves coffee and pancakes.

Kairakuen

My favorite place in Mito is Kairakuen. It is kind of near Tokiwa Shrine. It is visited by many people, especially in spring. 3000 kinds of plum trees are planted there. You can go there with your friends. If you have a chance, you should go!
